This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how Impauer Technologies ("Impauer Technologies," "Impauer," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects information in connection with the PauerOne wallet, mobile application, website, software, interfaces, services, and related functionality (collectively, "PauerOne" or the "Platform").
PauerOne is designed as a self-custody and decentralized wallet. Impauer Technologies does not hold, custody, possess, or control users' digital assets or funds merely because a user uses PauerOne.
However, PauerOne may provide access to, or integrate with, independent third-party services. Certain features may therefore require a login, account, identity verification, KYC/AML screening, geographic eligibility, or other information.
By accessing or using PauerOne, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Principles
PauerOne is designed around three principles:
PauerOne is a self-custody wallet. Impauer Technologies does not maintain custody of your digital assets merely because you use the wallet.
PauerOne is designed to minimize unnecessary collection, centralization, and extraction of personal and financial information.
You choose which assets, networks, applications, protocols, and third-party services you use. Each may have different privacy, security, regulatory, and data practices.
PauerOne is not intended to create a centralized database of users' financial lives or to treat users' private financial activity as a commercial data product.
However, no technology can guarantee absolute privacy, anonymity, or security.
Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected or processed directly by Impauer Technologies through PauerOne and related Company-operated services.
It does not necessarily apply to information collected directly by:
- blockchain networks;
- decentralized protocols;
- independent dApps;
- third-party financial service providers;
- KYC providers;
- payment processors;
- card issuers;
- banks;
- fiat on-ramp or off-ramp providers;
- investment or securities providers;
- tokenized asset issuers;
- AI providers;
- authentication providers;
- analytics providers; or
- other independent third parties.
Those parties may have separate privacy policies and terms.
Collectively, these are referred to as “PauerOne” or the “Platform.”
For clarity, PauerOne includes its supported mobile applications, web-based interfaces, browser extensions (including Chrome, Safari, Edge, and other supported browser extension platforms), associated software, and related services made available by Impauer Technologies, as applicable.
This Privacy Policy applies only to information processed by or on behalf of Impauer Technologies.
Independent third-party applications, blockchain networks, financial institutions, payment providers, authentication providers, decentralized protocols, and other external services may operate under their own privacy policies.
Accessing those services through PauerOne does not make Impauer Technologies responsible for their independent data-processing practices.
PauerOne Browser Extensions
This section specifically applies to PauerOne browser extensions (collectively, the “Extension”), including versions distributed through Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge, and other supported browser extension platforms.
It explains what information the Extension collects and handles, how that information is used, where it is stored, with whom it is shared, and how users may delete locally stored Extension data.
The remaining provisions of this Privacy Policy also apply to the Extension unless expressly stated otherwise.
A. Data the Extension Collects and Handles
Private keys and recovery (seed) phrases are generated and stored on your device only. They are encrypted with your password using [confirm encryption method, e.g., AES-256-GCM] and stored in the browser's local extension storage.
They are never transmitted to Impauer Technologies or any third party.
Public wallet addresses, token balances, and transaction history, retrieved from public blockchain networks to display your wallet.
The web address (origin) of websites and dApps you choose to connect to the Extension, and the transaction or signature requests those sites send for your approval.
The Extension does not read or collect your general browsing history or the content of web pages you visit.
If you sign in with Google or Apple, the email address or identifier used solely to complete authentication, as described in Section 6.
B. How We Use Extension Data
Information handled by the Extension is used only to provide and maintain its disclosed wallet functionality, including:
- Creating, restoring, and managing your wallet.
- Displaying wallet balances and transaction history.
- Connecting to websites and decentralized applications you approve.
- Preparing transaction and signature requests for your review.
- Signing transactions you expressly authorize.
- Authenticating access through supported methods.
- Maintaining wallet security and functionality.
The Extension does not use wallet information or website connection data to monitor general browsing activity, create advertising profiles, or track users across unrelated websites.
C. Where Extension Data Is Stored
Private keys, recovery phrases, the password-encrypted wallet vault, connected-site permissions, and applicable settings are stored locally on your device using the browser's extension storage facilities.
Impauer Technologies does not store your private keys or recovery phrases on its servers.
Information transmitted to supported external services is protected through applicable secure communication protocols, including HTTPS/TLS where supported.
Locally stored Extension information generally remains on your device until you reset the wallet, clear the applicable Extension storage, or uninstall the Extension, subject to the storage and deletion behavior of your browser and operating system.
D. Who We Share Extension Data With
Impauer Technologies does not share your private keys, recovery phrase, or wallet password with anyone.
External providers may also receive technical connection information, such as an IP address, as a consequence of establishing a network connection.
Blockchain transactions submitted to public networks may be permanently visible to other network participants.
E. Limited Use of Information
Impauer Technologies handles information obtained through the Extension in accordance with applicable browser extension marketplace privacy and user-data requirements, including those established by Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge and other supported browser extension platforms.
We expressly confirm that:
- We do not sell user data.
- We do not use or transfer Extension user data for purposes unrelated to its disclosed wallet functionality.
- We do not use or transfer Extension user data for advertising or behavioral profiling.
- We do not use or transfer Extension user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
Information is accessed, used, and disclosed only as described in this Privacy Policy, subject to applicable legal obligations.
F. Deleting Extension Data
You may delete locally stored Extension data by resetting your wallet through the available settings or uninstalling the Extension, subject to your browser's applicable storage and deletion behavior.
Before resetting or uninstalling the Extension, you must ensure that you have securely backed up your recovery phrase or other applicable recovery credentials.
Impauer Technologies cannot recover a lost recovery phrase or restore access to a wallet where the required recovery credentials are unavailable.
Uninstalling the Extension does not delete information permanently recorded on public blockchain networks or information independently retained by third-party providers.
To request deletion of any personal information held by Impauer Technologies, where applicable, contact:
Self-Custody
PauerOne is designed as a self-custody wallet.
Subject to the applicable technical implementation, you control the credentials, keys, or cryptographic mechanisms associated with your wallet.
Impauer Technologies does not take custody of your digital assets merely because you use PauerOne.
Impauer Technologies does not maintain a centralized custodial account holding your digital assets.
Because PauerOne is self-custodial, Impauer Technologies may not possess the information or technical ability necessary to identify, access, freeze, reverse, recover, or restore assets held through your wallet.
You are therefore responsible for securing your wallet, devices, credentials, recovery mechanisms, and transactions.
Blockchain Information
Blockchain networks are generally decentralized public or distributed systems.
Transactions may be permanently recorded on a blockchain and may include information such as:
- wallet addresses;
- transaction amounts;
- transaction timestamps;
- token information;
- smart-contract interactions; and
- transaction history.
Such information may be publicly accessible and may be analyzed by third parties.
Impauer Technologies does not control the privacy characteristics of independent blockchain networks.
PauerOne does not guarantee that blockchain activity is anonymous or untraceable.
Information that May Be Collected
Depending on how you use PauerOne, Impauer Technologies may collect or receive limited information.
This may include:
Account and Contact Information
- name;
- email address;
- contact information;
- account identifiers;
- authentication information;
- support communications; and
- information voluntarily provided to us.
Technical Information
- device type;
- operating system;
- application version;
- IP address;
- approximate location;
- device identifiers;
- crash reports;
- security information;
- authentication events; and
- other technical information necessary to operate and secure the Platform.
Transaction-Related Information
Depending on the feature used, we may receive information necessary to facilitate or support a transaction or service.
However, because PauerOne is self-custodial, Impauer Technologies does not necessarily receive or store the complete transaction history of your wallet.
Third-Party Information
Third-party providers may independently collect information when you use their services through PauerOne.
Social Login
Certain PauerOne features may allow authentication through services such as Google or Apple. If you use such functionality, the applicable authentication provider may provide PauerOne with information necessary to authenticate your account and facilitate access to the applicable PauerOne service.
Where Google or Apple provides an email address or similar account identifier for authentication, such information is used solely for the purpose of completing the applicable sign-in or authentication process. PauerOne does not retain or store the email address obtained through social login after the authentication process has been completed, except to the extent that temporary processing or retention is technically necessary to complete the authentication process, maintain security, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with applicable law, or otherwise provide the requested service.
PauerOne does not use email addresses obtained through Google or Apple social login for advertising, marketing, profiling, or unrelated purposes, and does not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose such information to third parties for their independent use.
The applicable authentication provider's own privacy policy governs information collected and processed by that provider. PauerOne does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or handling of information by Google, Apple, or other third-party authentication providers.
Use of social login does not transfer custody or ownership of your digital assets to PauerOne, Google, Apple, or any other authentication provider, and does not alter the self-custodial nature of the PauerOne wallet.
KYC, AML and Identity Verification
Although the basic PauerOne wallet is self-custodial, certain features may require:
- KYC;
- AML screening;
- sanctions screening;
- identity verification;
- age verification;
- residency verification;
- source-of-funds verification;
- tax information;
- suitability information; or
- other regulatory information.
These requirements may be imposed by Impauer Technologies, an independent third-party provider, a financial institution, payment provider, investment provider, card provider, blockchain protocol, governmental authority, or applicable law.
Where a third party performs verification, that third party may collect and retain information directly from you.
Impauer Technologies is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of such providers.
Third-Party Services and API Integrations
PauerOne may integrate third-party services through APIs, SDKs, smart contracts, links, interfaces, or other technology.
These services may include:
- fiat on-ramps and off-ramps;
- payment services;
- debit cards;
- banking services;
- KYC/AML providers;
- tokenized securities;
- Real-World Assets;
- swaps;
- liquidity providers;
- staking;
- lending;
- DeFi;
- AI;
- authentication;
- analytics;
- rewards;
- merchant services; and
- other services.
Third-party providers are independent entities.
They may independently collect, use, store, transfer, disclose, or otherwise process information.
Their privacy policies and terms govern their processing of your information.
Impauer Technologies is not responsible for the privacy practices, security practices, data retention, data processing, data disclosure, or data security of independent third parties.

Impauer Technologies does not sell personal information or user data. Information is processed and disclosed only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing requested functionality, maintaining security, facilitating authorized third-party integrations, and complying with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use or transfer Extension user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
We do not disclose private wallet information, including private keys, recovery phrases, or wallet passwords, to advertisers, data brokers, or other commercial third parties.
Where optional functionality requires additional information or a different processing purpose, applicable disclosures or consent mechanisms will be provided as required by law.
PauerOne is not designed around selling users' financial profiles or treating their private financial activity as a commercial data product.
Subject to information reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, provide requested services, maintain security, prevent fraud, comply with law, or facilitate third-party services, Impauer Technologies does not intend to:
- sell private financial profiles;
- sell personal financial information;
- unnecessarily collect wallet information;
- unnecessarily centralize transaction information;
- sell private AI conversations;
- use private wallet information for unrelated advertising; or
- monetize personal financial information merely because a user uses PauerOne.
This does not prohibit processing that is legally required, technically necessary, security-related, necessary to provide a requested service, or performed by an independent third party.
Private AI
PauerOne may include private or encrypted AI functionality.
Depending on the specific implementation, AI functionality may process:
- user prompts;
- commands;
- portfolio information;
- transaction information;
- market information;
- account information; or

Where a particular PauerOne feature is expressly described as on-device, encrypted, or zero-knowledge, those descriptions apply to that specific feature and implementation.
Third-party AI or infrastructure providers may be used where necessary.
Impauer Technologies does not guarantee that every AI-related function will be entirely on-device or entirely independent of third-party infrastructure.
Users should review the applicable feature disclosures before submitting sensitive information.
